Ingredients

  • â…” cup (100g) cashew nuts

  • 2 tbsp. almond milk

  • 1 tbsp. tahini

  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1


Place the cashew nuts into a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes to soften (alternatively, you can also soak the nuts in water overnight or for a few hours before blending). Once soft, drain and place into a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed.


Step 2
