Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100g) rolled oats

  • 13.5 fl. oz. (400ml) can light coconut milk

  • 4 tbsp. desiccated coconut, unsweetened

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • pinch sea salt

  • 1.5 oz. (40g) 80% dark chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1


Place all the ingredients into a bowl with the exception of the melted chocolate. Mix to combine and divide between two jars or glasses.


Step 2


Pour over the melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
