  • 1 cup (150g) blueberries, frozen

  • 2 bananas, sliced, frozen

  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseeds

  • 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk, carton

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.
